A delicious tango of citrus and cocoa, our Milk Chocolate Orange Entremet is truly a treat for the senses with its unique melange of flavours. This delectable entremet features a refreshing orange dacquoise sponge layered with velvety milk chocolate mousse and a mildly tart passion fruit jelly.

Ingredients:
Eggs, refined sugar, milk, whipping cream, almond flour, orange, passionfruit, gelatine, milk chocolate
Serves 8-10

Serving Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0-4 degree c) for atleast 30 minutes upon receiving.
Best serving temperature (10-12 degree c).Take the cake out from the fridge around 30 mins before serving for it to soften.

Shelf Life:
Best consumed within 2 days. However, the cake can last in the chiller for upto 3 days
