Lavish Patisserie produces all its products at their facility in Coimbatore.

Our products are packed in sealed packs which are custom designed to maintain the best product quality. All our packaging material is of A grade quality to ensure there is no compromise to the flavour, texture and quality of our product. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Received email

Once the order email is received, the products are usually dispatched according to the selected time slot. Our logistics are handled by local partners. In case of extreme weather conditions, there may be delays beyond our control.

In the scenario that you are ordering for someone else, please enter the receiver's address and your contact information for the logistics team to coordinate.

Once your order is confirmed by us, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please note that in the event your order has not been confirmed and there is no Order Confirmation mail received, your order will not be processed & dispatched. In the event the customer is unavailable to confirm the order over the phone, our Customer Care team will re-attempt via text and via email. In the event the customer does not confirm in any manner, the order will be deemed as cancelled and an Order Cancellation mail will be sent to the customer.
