Christmas Entremet

Beautiful layers of nutty pistachio sponge, fresh strawberry compote, silky litchi cream and luscious vanilla mousse come together to create this oh so delicious entremet.

Ingredients:
Eggs, flour, refined sugar, milk, whipping cream, almond flour, strawberries, gelatine, vanilla bean, white chocolate, pistachios, litchi.

Serving Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0-4 degree c) for at least 30 minutes upon receiving.
Best serving temperature (10-12 degree c).Take the cake out from the fridge around 30 mins before serving for it to soften.

Shelf Life:
Best consumed within 2 days. However the cake can last in the chiller for upto 3 days.
