We have curated a new Entremet composing the most delicious components paired with caramel flavour.
The beautiful layers include:
- Almond Jaconde soaked in Coffee syrup
- Caramelised White chocolate Ganache
- Crunchy Feuilletine layer
- Coffee crème
- Caramel Coffee Mousse
- Mirror Glaze
Ingredients:
Egg, flour, refined sugar, milk, coffee, Almond powder, milk chocolate, white chocolate, whipping cream, gelatin.
Serving Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0-4 degree c) for at least 30 minutes upon receiving.
Best serving temperature (10-12 degree c). Take the cake out from the fridge around 30 mins before serving for it to soften.
Shelf Life:
Best consumed within 2 days. However the cake can last in the chiller for up to 3 days.
