Tiramisu Entremet

A light, airy ladyfinger sponge soaked with strong coffee, layered with a creamy coffee ganache, paired together with a sweet & creamy mascarpone mousse that is rich, yet stubtle.
This beautiful entremet with a clear glaze, sits on a crunchy chocolate sable and has a piped milk chocolate mousse garnish.
Our version of an Italian style classic tiramisu cake is moist, rich in coffee and really just melts in your mouth. If you are a coffee lover, dont miss this out.

Ingredients:
Eggs, refined sugar, milk, whipping cream, refined flour, coffee, gelatin, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, mascarpone cheese

Serves : 8-10

Serving Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0-4 degree c) for atleast 30 minutes upon receiving.
Best serving temperature (10-12 degree c).Take the cake out from the fridge around 30 mins before serving for it to soften.

Shelf Life:
Best consumed within 2 days. However the cake can last in the chiller for upto 3 days.
