Layers of hazelnut dacqouise, milk chocolate ganache, crunchy praline feuilletine, 33.6% milk chocolate mousse with a nutty glaze, work together and create this enigma of flavour, inspired by the classic Ferrero Rocher.

Ingredients:
Egg, flour, refined sugar, milk, milk chocolate, whipping cream, gelatin, hazelnuts.

Serving Instructions:
Keep refrigerated (0-4 degree c) for at least 30 minutes upon receiving.
Best serving temperature (10-12 degree c).Take the cake out from the fridge around 30 mins before serving for it to soften.

Shelf Life:
Best consumed within 2 days.
