We have taken the classic Christmas fruit cake and given it a makeover there has to be a Lavish touch to the classic right) with a velvety chocolate ganache .Mind. Blown.

• It is a rich, dense, moist cake made with Dried cranberry, prunes, figs, ginger candy, apricot, Golden Raisins, Pecan nuts and spices.
• The dried fruits soaked in orange juice over a period of time and then mixed with flour, sugar, butter and eggs to form a batter and baked to perfection .
• The Moist fruit cake is then soaked with more orange juice and filled with a Chocolate caramel ganache for an unforgettable experience.
